Sealed Bid Proposals for Emma Park Drinking Water Wells #7C-2010 will
be received by Price Municipal Corporation (City/Owner) in the hands
of the City Recorder, Price City Hall, 185 East Main Street, P.O. Box
893, Price, Utah 84501, until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 6, 2011.
The principal item of work is drilling a 6 inch diameter exploratory
bore hole to a depth of between 1,500 feet and 2,000 feet. If the
information obtained from the hole indicates the likelihood of a
successful production well, a production well will be constructed with
possible diameters of between 12 and 20 inches. It is anticipated that
the well will be principally in bedrock formations. The production
well will be a public water supply source. A second exploratory
borehole and production well may be awarded at the same contract
prices based upon available funds. Bidding documents may be examined
