Kevin and Kayleen Cotner are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter KayDee to Travis Failor, son of Jeff and Julie Failor and Robin and Farster Belgard, on Saturday Dec. 4 at the Carbon County Event Center.

A reception will be held in their honor from 6 to 8 p.m. and dancing to follow.

The couple will make their home in Rock Springs, Wyo.
