Summary of Ordinance Number 424
In the regular meeting of the Board of Carbon County Commissioners of
September 16, 2009, the Commissioners approved Ordinance Number 424,
an Ordinance Adopting and Amending the Development Code of Carbon
County, Utah and Repealing All Ordinances Previously Adopted within
the jurisdictional limits of Carbon County, effective September 16,
2009. A copy of the complete Ordinance is available for review at the
Office of the County Clerk, Carbon County Courthouse, 120 East Main
Street, Price, Utah.
