Helper Mayor Dean Armstrong joins the Sally Mauro Singers on stage in the Main Street Park for the annual Lights on Ceremony Friday night. The event featured a walk down Main Street from the Rio Theatre and a few seasonal songs from the choir. The festivities in Helper continue this week with the Light Parade on Friday and Saturday. Brightly-lit floats will begin cruising down the parade route at 7 p.m. each night. There will be a chili dinner beginning at 4 p.m.
