To the Board of County Commissioners of Carbon County, State of Utah:
Pursuant to the provisions of the Water Conservancy District Act,
Utah Code Annotated 1953 as amended, 17B-2a-1005(2)(b), notice is
hereby given that the term of office of the following member(s) of the
Board of Trustees of the Carbon Water Conservancy District will expire
on the date shown below.
District/Division Name Expiration
Two Richard N. Lee Decemner 31, 2010
Three Michael S. Milovich December 31, 2010
Pursuant to said Utah Code and the Order incorporating the District,
you are to fill the office by appointing a Board trustee for Division
Number Two and a Board trustee for Division Number Three of the
District, and whose permanent residence is in the Division for which
he serves, to serve for a four (4) year term and until his successor
is duly appointed and qualified.
