SPANISH FORK - Our loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend, Randy Anderson, age 42, passed away in an automobile accident on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010 in Willard.
He was born June 6, 1968 in Price to Eddie and Margit Anderson. Randy married Diane Sillitoe on April 9, 1994 in Helper. He served in the Army and the Utah National Guard. He received a bachelor's degree in Political Science from SUU in 1993.
He worked a variety of jobs in his short life, but the occupation he loved most was being "Mr. Mom". There wasn't a Friday or Saturday morning that he wasn't out at yard sales looking for treasures. He had an eye for finding items that looked like junk to most, but would sell for a great deal on Ebay. Sundays you would find him cheering on the Denver Broncos. He enjoyed working in his yard and remodeling his homes in Spanish Fork and Malad, Idaho.
He is survived by his wife Diane, children Collin (15), Cortney (13), Cloe (11) of Spanish Fork, his father and mother of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, his sister Lisa (Robert) Kroleski of Lacey, Wash., a niece, a nephew, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will be dearly missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Fern and Merlin Anderson, maternal grandparents, and uncles Kent "Bucky" Anderson and Frank Schreinect.
Graveside services will be held on Friday Oct. 29 at 1 pm at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Do you think the Utah Legislature should increase appropriations for public education in Utah beyond the current legislative trend in the past few years of funding only for growth in student population?
