Price River Dr., Price; DWS, 678 E. Main, Castle Dale; Eastern Utah Community Credit Union, 675 E. 100 N., Price or 105 W. Geneva, East Carbon; Green River City Hall, 240 E. Haunted Museum - Come and see what happens when the lights go out! October 29th and 30th at the CEU Prehistoric Museum. 6:00-7:30 p.m. Trick or Treat with the Dinosaurs for ages 2-10. $2.00 per child, no charge for accompanying adult. Food Handler's Classes - In Price on October 19, November 16 and December 14, 2010. Classes held at 9:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. each day at 28 South 100 East in Price. Nationwide Public Square Rosary - sponsored by St. Anthony's Rosary group. Please join us October 16th at 12 noon in the Helper Main Street Park to pray to stop abortion, same sex marriages, and other concerns of the world. Our group will also pray for a priest for St. Anthony's.

Sunnyside Craft Fair - It is time for the annual Sunnyside Craft Fair! Call Sunnyside City Hall at 888-4444 or Karen Andrews at 888-2385 to reserve your booth. Call early! The cost will be $10.00 per booth. We will have food, crafts, goodies and loads of fun. The Fair will be at Sunnyside City Hall on November 6th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Goose Neck Dinosaur prepration - Every weekday, Monday through Friday, from 2 pm to 5 pm, at the USU-CEU Prehistoric Museum, 155 East Main Street - Price, Utah, you can see preparation taking place on a jacketed portion of the Goose Neck Dinosaur. This event is open to the public at regular admission rates (free for members). You will be able to speak one on one with John Bird, the paleontology field and lab manager, and witness how the preparation on a discovery takes place once it has been retrieved from the field. This continuation of the Goose Neck Dinosaur Excavation is a wonderful opportunity for the public to see first-hand how dinosaurs are discovered and what happens after they are. Women's cancer screening - Women 50 years of age or older may qualify for free breast and cervical cancer exams and mammograms. Women ages 40 to 49 may qualify for a low-cost exam.For information, call the public health district at 637-3671.

Free legal clinics - Utah Legal Services has scheduled free clinics the second and fourth Monday of the month from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the 7th District Court complex, located at 149 East 100 South in Price. Residents should bring all pertinent documents pertaining to legal questions. For information and appointments, contact the agency toll-free at 1-800-662-1563.

Carbon County Animal Shelter - AVID chip pet identification is available at the shelter. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Price library - Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., closed Saturday and Sunday.

Story time is scheduled Monday at 11 a.m. for toddlers, Tuesday and Wednesday at 5 p.m. and Thursday at 1 p.m.

English as a second language classes are Monday and Thursday at 6 p.m.

Basic literacy classes are scheduled as needed.

CEU Prehistoric Museum - is open October 1st through March 31st from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, (closed Sunday), and from April 1st through September 30th from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week. Feedings for the museum critters are at 4:00 p.m. every Friday (general admission fees apply). For information, contact the museum.

Freedom Community Outreach - Located at 550 East 100 South in Price, the organization offers free clothing for local families.
