Pageant judges select Miss Carbon County, attendants

Amy Watkins dons the Miss Carbon County crown after winning the title last Saturday night at the scholarship pageant presented at the Price Civic Auditorium. Joining the local royalty are first attendant Rachel Pipher and second attendant Tiffany Van Wagoner, second runner up. Watkins will represent the county at the Miss Utah Pageant in June. Watkins' platform is community service, where she works extensively with child safety.
