Bull elk downed by local girl

Alexis Oliver took advantage of the youth bull elk tag she drew this year. Alexis along with her friends Paul Perez, Blake Fluhart and Austin Welch were able to locate and take this 6X6 with a well placed shot first thing on opening morning. She shot it with a Christensen Arms 270 WSM at 146 yards.
