For the Carbon Dino Golf team, fourth place finishes seem to be their fate in region action this season. On Sept. 9 at Roosevelt, Carbon again finished fourth overall.

Park City took the match with a 315 and Wasatch was only two strokes back with a 317. Union grabbed the third spot with a 331 while the Dinos trailed in fourth at 338. ALA again was in the bottom slot at 439.

Individually Justin Schluker from Park City shot a 75. Three others tied only a stroke behind for the second place spot with a 76. Carbon's Clint Finbiner, Union's Colton Arnold and Jordan McDonald were edged out of the top spot by one shot.

Carbon is 49 strokes behind third place Union in region standings. So it would be tough to move up. Park City leads the standings at 924 while Wasatch is poised to make a move with 926. Union tops out the top three at 976 and Carbon is at 1025. ALA is far behind at 1300.
