Competitors in the Price Concert in the Gardens watermelon eating contest abandon table manners and get down to business Saturday. The contest was one of three for youngsters at the Peace Gardens. Sidewalk chalk art and ice cream eating were the others. The event also featured music on stage throughout the day and a farmers market in the morning.
