Carbon School District requests proposals from qualified consultants
to provide a three (3) year inspection for the Asbestos plan now in
place. The purpose of the requested proposal is maintenance of the
plan in conformation with AHERA regulations.

Proposals to include firm's qualifications, evidence of license, the
scope and nature of services routinely provided and an outline of the
firms current volume of work and employment level. Proposal to include
past experience of the individual assigned this responsibilty.
Proposal to include a fee schedule for all services including
miscellaneous expenses, ie. travel time, overnight costs, laboratory
fees. Please state whether fixed fee or hourly not to exceed.
Proposals to be submitted to above address by 30 September 2010.
Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
