This year in Carbon's High School Rodeo Club's Miles Moosman, who just completed his senior year, qualified for Silver State Invitationals in Fallon, Nev. While there competing some of the top cowboys and cowgirls of the whole National High School Rodeo Association were involved. Overall he placed second in bull riding and fourth in bareback. Later this summer the club competed in the Panguitch Invitationals, where contestants come form the surrounding states as well. While there Moosman took second in bareback, Cali Moon, a sophomore, took second in poles and Garrett Gibson, also a sophomore, took first in the bull riding.
