UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED March 02, 2007. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO

Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded
March 14, 2007, as Instrument No. 122216, in Book 640, Page 596, of
the Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of Carbon
County, State of Utah, executed by Elena Hatch, A Married Woman As Her
Sole and Seperate Estate, will sell at public auction to highest
bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of
sale. Successful bidders must tender a deposit of $5,000 in certified
funds to the trustee at the time of sale, with the balance due by noon
the following business day, at the office of the Trustee. At the main
entrance of the carbon county district court 149 E. 100 S. Price Utah
all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under
said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State
described as: Lot 27, wedgewood estates, amended, according to the
official plat thereof. excepting therefrom all minerals below a depth
of 400 feet.. The street address and other common designation of the
real property described above is purported to be: 250 South 700 West
Price  Ut  84501. Estimated Total Debt as of September 28, 2010 is
$93,536.22. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any
incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if
any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or
warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition
or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee
and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining
principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.  The
current beneficiary of the Trust Deed as of the date of this notice
is: Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas As Trustee. The record owner
