Notice Of Trustee's Sale
The following described real property situated in Carbon County, State
of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on
September 22, 2010, at the front entrance of the Seventh Judicial
District Courthouse, 149 East 100 South, Price, Utah, at the hour of
2:00 p.m., for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Deed of Trust
dated June 27, 2007, executed by LONESOME DOVE LAND AND LIVESTOCK,
LLC, as Trustor, to secure certain obligations in favor of ZIONS FIRST
NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association, as Beneficiary,
recorded in the official records of Carbon County, State of Utah, on
July 5, 2007, as Entry No. 124340, in Book 649, beginning at Page 669
(the ATrust Deed@).
The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed is ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL
BANK, and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the
Notice of Default is LONESOME DOVE LAND AND LIVESTOCK, LLC, A UTAH
LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY.
The Trust Deed encumbers certain real property located in Carbon
County, State of Utah, which real property is more particularly
described as follows (the "Property"):
Beginning at a point 789.17 feet South and 1655.38 feet West of the
Northeast Corner of Section 25, Township 13 South, Range 9 East, Salt
Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 81.48' West 379.3
feet to the middle of former main channel of Price River; thence South
24.34' East along said channel for a distance of 354.6 feet; thence
East 362.68 feet; thence North 271.83 feet; thence West 134.19 feet to
the place of beginning, being in the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 25.
Also: Beginning at a point 335.38 feet West of the Southeast Corner
of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25,
Township 13 South, Range 9 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and
running thence North 300 feet; thence West 220 feet; thence
Southeasterly to a point 70 feet West of the point of beginning;
thence East 70 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any and all lands that may lie East of the
Westerly boundary of the State Road.

Each bidder must be prepared to tender to the Trustee a $10,000.00
cashier's check at the sale and certified funds for the balance of the
