Eleven-year-old Zaharah Rossi (left) and 10-year-old Makayla Moynier flag down motorists and pedestrians at their Popsicle stand on 8th North in Price. The two friends set up their non-profit business to help the Humane Society. They have been turning their proceeds - all of $10 after two days - to a neighbor who is involved in the society. "We wanted to do something for the animals," explained Zaharah. Their marketing campaign includes hand-crafted posters and paper animal ears.
