Old USU/CEU concrete library steps get the axe

Workers break up old concrete steps that were showing their 1968 rebar a little too much for facility manager's liking last week. The steps have been removed, and are now being reset and repoured in a more diagonal direction during this next week. In the meantime access to the college library is being provided by the handicapped ramp that attaches to the sidewalk near the Student Activity Center building to the east.
