Helper Stella D'America - The Italian-American lodge has scheduled the summer picnic for members and guests on Aug. 30 at 1 p.m. at the Riverside Pavilion in Helper.

Price City Fire Department Women's Auxiliary - needs batting for quilts being donated to the University of Utah's burn center. Residents who would like to donate quilt batting or make financial contributions may contact Rita Dunn at 637-6150.

Castle Recorder Consort - The group rehearses Wednesday at 5 p.m. at CEU's music building. Interested players are welcome to attend the weekly sessions.

Price children's choir, civic chorale - The children's choir meets Tuesday at 4 p.m. and the chorale practices Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at CEU's music building. For information, contact Russell Wilson at 630-1061.

Square dancing - is the first and third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. at the senior citizens center, 107 S. Carbon Avenue, Price. For information, call the senior center at 637-0136.

MOPS - The Mothers of Preschoolers group meets the second and fourth Monday of the month at 6 p.m. at Price Chapel.

Castle Country King Crawlers - Meetings are the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. From April to September, the group meets at King Crawler 4x4 at Carbon County Fairgrounds. From October to March, meetings are at the county GIS building. For information, call Scott Edwards at 613-0204.

Castle Country Quilters - The group meets the third Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. at the Price senior citizens center lunchroom. For information, call Lorna Jennings at 637-5836..

BACA - meets at 6 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month at Kraync Motor, 98 South 300 East in Price.
