Notice Of Public Hearing And Public Meeting

On Monday, August 9, 2010 at 6:00pm the Price City Planning and Zoning
Commission will conduct a public hearing to receive input regarding a
request to change the Price City Land Use Management and Development
Code (Code) as it relates to the number of residents that may be
housed in any one group home.

	On Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 6:00pm the Price City Council will
conduct a public hearing to receive input regarding a request to
change the Price City Land Use Management and Development Code (Code)
as it relates to the number of residents that may be housed in any one
group home.

	Presently the Code limits group homes to placement 3/4 mile apart and
no more than 6 residents per group home.  The request presented to
Price City is to amend the Code to allow each group home up to 12
individual residents.

	Comments may be presented by the public at either or both of the
public hearings or submitted in advance by contacting Nick Tatton at
636-3184, nickt@priceutah.net.
