Price celebrates International Days

Grand Marshal Jackie Davis waves to the crowds along Price Main Street during the International Days Parade Saturday. The parade was one of the many events staged at the city's public places for three days On Thursday, the Desert Wave Pool hosted a free pool party for kids in the afternoon, while the Colgate Country Showdown preliminary round entertained an audience at the Peace Gardens in the evening. Friday began with a Kids Parade and Kids Day Activities sponsored by Castleview Hospital in Pioneer Park. The Skate Park was the venue for Carbon Rec's skate competion. Outdoor movies capped off the day. Saturday featured the Lions Club Breakfast, parade and Carbon County recreation events. Vendor booths and carnival were at Washington Park.
