Youngsters from Price and Helper duel with loaded water bottles. The action took place during the three-day Price vs. Helper water wars. Since this year's summer reading program has a water theme, Procarione and Helper Librarian Amanda Holley thought a water war between the two cities would be fun. Battles took place at parks in Helper, Price and Spring Glen. The libraries provided plastic water bottles and cups for all the children taking part. The kids thought it was great fun to soak the adults present with getting into trouble.
