The following described property will be sold at public auction to
highest bidder, without warranty as to title, possession, or
encumbrances, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the
main entrance of the Carbon County District Court 149 East 100 South
Price, Utah 84501 on 08/17/2010 at 11:00 a.m., for the purpose of
foreclosing a Trust Deed dated 11/13/2007 and executed by Tony Ryan
Wood and Jamie Lee Wood, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants as Trustor
in favor of  Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary, covering the
following real property located in  Carbon County, Utah; All of Lot 5,
Sunset View Subdivision, according to the Official Plat thereof,
recorded in Book 3 of plats, at Page 177, records of carbon County
Recorder, excepting therefrom all coal, oil, gas, mines, metals,
gravel and other minerals and mineral rights in and to said lands.
Parcel I.D. No. 01-2044-0005 The street address of the property is
purported to be:  168 South 400 West, Price, Utah 84501 The
undersigned disclaims any liability for any error in the street
address.  The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is Wells Fargo
Bank, N.A., and the record owner of the property as of the recording
of this notice is reported to be Tony Ryan Wood and Jamie Lee Wood. 
Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee a $5,000.00 deposit
at the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 10:00 a.m. the
day following the sale.  Both payments must be in a form of a
Cashier's Check.  Cash is not acceptable.  If the Trustee is unable to
convey title for any reason, the successful bidder's sole and
exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Trustee,
and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse.   THIS
NOTICE IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED
