Riley Evans, 14, (left) and her sister Hailey, 16, are this year's honorary royalty for the Wellington Mountaineers Annual Rodeo on July 24. They will ride their horses in the parade to honor their grandmother, the late Beverly Hawkins Motte, who was Queen of the Wellington event in 1952 and also the Black Diamond Rodeo Queen in 1956. They are the daughters of Chris and Darlene Evans.
