A Nielson Construction water truck proves that in a pinch it can knock down flames as well as it can suppress dust at a work site. The truck was at the parking lot of Carbon High School Wednesday at about 7:30 a.m. when sparks from a cutting torch ignited a patch of weeds. A workman was using the torch to cut the guard rail. The blaze produced smoke visible for miles, but not for long.
