HEARING TO HEAR PUBLIC COMMENTS PERTAINING TO THE REVISED ZONING
ORDINANCES AND ZONE MAP OF THE HELPER CITY DEVELOPMENT CODE.  JULY 1
2010 AT 6:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 19 SOUTH MAIN HELPER
