Michelle Tatton

Michelle and Mike F. Tatton are owners of Blue Cut RV Park, 2500 No. Carbonville Rd., Helper, 472-3646 or 637-0188.

Michelle also teaches fifth grade at Sally Mauro Elementary and Mike works at Deer Creek Mine in Huntington.

Michelle says they have been operating the Blue Cut RV Park since 1998. The RV park was opened in 1973 by Michelle's parents, Ivan and Karen Fidell.

The area was named Blue Cut because of the blue shale in the mountain when the first cut for the road was made. Also, located on the property is Price City's first jail, which was saved from demolition by Mike Fidell, Michelle's grandfather.
