Don't call names
Now that the furor in the paper over Nine Mile Canyon has subsided, I am reminded of the lessons of a book I once read.
"All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" by Robert Fulgum teaches the basics of how to get along with people.
One of the most basic is this: Be nice and don't call names. Some, it seems, either didn't read the book or didn't learn that in kindergarten.
