Matheson comes to town for county convention

Congressman Jim Matheson signs scout manuals for Kolan and Kolsen Hall of Elmo during his visit to Penney's to celebrate their 100 years in business on Saturday afternoon. Matheson came to Carbon County for the Democratic County Convention and while in the area visited various places including the new Children's Justice Center.
