County, State of Utah, executed by Brandon L. Burgess, A Married Man,
will sell at public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must
tender a deposit of $5,000 in certified funds to the trustee at the
time of sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day,
at the office of the Trustee. At the main entrance of the carbon
county district court 149 E. 100 S. Price Utah all right, title and
interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in
the property situated in said County and State described as: All of
lot 11, south meadows plat 'b', according to the official plat
thereof, recorded in book 5 of plats, at page 18, records of the
Carbon county recorder. excepting therefrom all coal, oil, gas, mines,
gravel and all other minerals of whatsoever kind and nature in said
lands.. The street address and other common designation of the real
property described above is purported to be: 2775 South 710 West Price
Ut 84501. Estimated Total Debt as of May 25, 2010 is $168,281.59.
