The Castle Valley Acting Company presented "The Firebird", April 23, 24, and 26 at the Rio Theatre in Helper. The Firebird, based on the Russian Folktale, was retold and adapted for the stage by Caitlin Iverson. Under the direction of director Caitlin Iverson and Amanda Holley, 16 cast members - all children under the age of 18 - treated the crowd to a dazzling performance.
