Thoughts are with you banner to be mailed to West Virginia

Tom Williams, along with dozens of other people, came in to the Sun Advocate offices in the last couple of weeks to sign a banner that will be sent to Beckley, W.V. the site of the Big Branch coal mining disaster that took place earlier this month in which 29 miners coal miners died. Residents composed their thoughts and feelings about a disaster that has often struck close to home in the local area in the past 120 years. The banner, sponsored by the Sun Advocate, and the contributions collected, over $200 are being sent to a local newspaper in the area to display and distribute.
