Notice Of Trustee'S Sale
The following described property will be sold at public auction to the
highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the
time of the sale, "at the East Main Entrance, Courts Complex, Carbon
County Courthouse, 149 East 100 South, Price, Utah", on May 6, 2010,
at 1:00 PM, of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed
dated March 4, 2008 and executed by BRANDON R. OLSEN AND DUSTY D.
OLSEN, JOINT TENANCY, as Trustor(s) in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Beneficiary, covering the following real
property located in Carbon County:
LOT 2, OF THE STAMATAKIS 2 SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat
thereof, filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of
Carbon County, on December 11, 2006 in Book 5 of Plats at Page 141,
and in Book 634 at Page 760.
LESS therefrom the North 6.62 feet.
EXCEPTING therefrom any portion of said land lying within that tract
of land dedicated for the
perpetual use of the public as an extension of Carbonville Road in
that certain Deed of Dedication - Carbonville Road, recorded June 21,
2005 in Book 593 at Page 534 as Entry No. 112022.
ALSO, beginning at the Southwest corner of LOT 2, OF THE STAMATAKIS 2
SUBDIVISION, filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of
Carbon County, on December 11 , 2006 in Book 5 of Plats at Page 141;
thence North 86. 54' 06" East 392.46 feet, more or less, along the
South boundary of said Lot 2, of the Stamatakis 2 Subdivision, to the
Southeast corner of said Lot 2 and the East boundary of the State Road
Right of Way; thence Southeasterly along the East boundary of the
State Road Right of Way to the Northeast corner of the Perrero land,
(Tax Serial No. 2-681) : thence Southwesterly along the Perrero land
as described in the Warranty Deed, recorded January 9, 2007 in Book
636 at Page 440, to a point due South of the Southwest corner of Lot 2
of said Subdivision; thence North to the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of
said Subdivision, to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom all oil, gas and other minerals.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the
property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or
hereafter a part of the property.

The address of the property is purported to be 2087 NORTH CARBONVILLE
ROAD, HELPER, UT 84526. The undersigned disclaims liability for any
error in the address. The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is BAC
HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, and
the record owners of the property as of the recording of the notice of
default is reported to be BRANDON R. OLSEN AND DUSTY D. OLSEN, JOINT
Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee, RECONTRUST
COMPANY, N.A., $5,000.00 at the sale and the balance of the purchase
price by 12:00 noon the day following the sale and deliverable to:
Matheson, Mortensen, et al., 648 East First South, Salt Lake City, UT
84102. Both payments must be in the form of a cashier's check or
money order and made payable to RECONTRUST COMPANY, N.A., cash and
Bank "Official Checks" are not acceptable. A trustee's deed will be
made available to the successful bidder within three business days
following receipt of the bid amount. The sale is made without any
warranty whatsoever, including but not limited to any warranty as to
title, liens, possession, taxes, encumbrances, or condition of the
property. The sale is subject to a workout reinstatement, payoff,
sale cancellation or postponement, incorrect bidding instructions,
bankruptcy, or any other circumstance of which the trustee is unaware.
In the event any of the foregoing apply, the sale will be void and
the successful bidder's funds will be returned without any liability
to the trustee or beneficiary for interest or any other damages.

COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT
