The following-described property will be sold at public auction to the
highest bidder on the 19th day of April, 2010, payable in lawful money
of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the
Seventh Judicial District Court, 149 East 100 South, Price, Utah
84501, at Noon on said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust
Deed executed by DARWIN LYNN EGBERT and VICKIE LYNN EGBERT, husband
and wife, as joint tenants, as Trustors, in favor of ZIONS MORTGAGE
COMPANY as Beneficiary, recorded on April 24, 1998, as Entry No.
00065618 in Book 00407 at Page 00376, and re-recorded October 22,
1998, as Entry No. 00069522 in Book 00419 at Page 00590 of the Records
of the Carbon County Recorder, Utah. Said property is located at 112
Berkley Avenue, East Carbon, Utah 84520, and is more particularly
LOT 3, BLOCK 5, PLAT "C", DRAGERTON SUBDIVISION.
Tax Serial #1C-410.
The current reputed owners of the subject property are DARWIN LYNN
EGBERT and VICKIE LYNN EGBERT.
Notice of Default was recorded December 15, 2009, as Entry No. 803844
in Book 713 at Page 356 of said official records.
The beneficial interest in said Trust Deed was subsequently assigned
to Utah Housing Finance Agency, n/k/a Utah Housing Corporation, by
Assignment of Deed of Trust dated January 7, 2010, and recorded
January 19, 2010, as Entry No. 804244 in Book 715 at Page 265 of said

implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances.
