Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded
December 24, 2007, as Instrument No. 127070, in Book 662, Page 523, of
the Official Records in the office at the County Recorder of Carbon
County, State of Utah, executed by Adam D. Pilling and Chante M.
Pilling, will sell at public auction to highest bidder, payable in
lawful money of the United States at the time of sale. Successful
bidders must tender a deposit of $5,000 in certified funds to the
trustee at the time of sale, with the balance due by noon the
following business day, at the office of the Trustee. At the main
entrance of the carbon county district court 149 E. 100 S. Price Utah
all right, title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under
said Deed of Trust in the property situated in said County and State
described as: All of lot 38, in Hillcrest, a Subdivision in Helper
City, Utah, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in book a
of plats at page 70, records of the Carbon County recorder.. The
street address and other common designation of the real property
described above is purported to be: 150 E Street Helper Ut 84526.
Estimated Total Debt as of March 30, 2010 is $113,141.48. The
undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of
the street address and other common designation, if any, shown herein.
Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or
implied, regarding title, possession, condition or encumbrances,
including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts
created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principal sums of
