   Carbon County will accept sealed bids for up to 1200 ton of CRS2A
and also up to 350 tons of CSS1H. The bids are due at the Carbon
County clerks' office at 120 East Main, Price, Utah 84501, prior to
5:00 P.M. on March 12, 2010 and will be opened at commission meeting
on March 17, 2010.

            The product must leave the point of origin at a
temperature of no less than 180 degrees.

            Carbon County is not responsible for bids that are
received late due to delays in delivery by any source.  Fax bids are
not acceptable.

            Carbon County reserves the right to reject any and or all
bids, to waive any informality of any bid and to select the bid which
in the opinion of the county provides the best product, warranty and
for service to the county.

	NOTE: On the outside of the envelope write sealed bid and what the
bid is for. (In Red)
