In the regular meeting of the Board of Carbon County Commissioners of
December 29, 2009, the Commissioners approved Resolution Number
2009-09, a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a
Fourth Amended Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Other Members of
Utah Counties Insurance Pool within the jurisdictional limits of
Carbon County, effective December 29, 2009. A copy of the complete
Resolution is available for review at the Office of the County Clerk,
Carbon County Courthouse, 120 East Main Street, Price, Utah.
