PRICE - Kenneth Freeman Machart passed away in his home in Price. On Dec 22, 2009. Born March 8, 1930 in Bemidji Minn. He was the 10th of 15 (11 boys, four girls) children born to Jack and Lydia Machart.
Ken enlisted into the Army in 1947. After an honorable discharge he spent some time in Spokane Wash. where he met and fell in love with Ruth Allen. Together they moved to Salt Lake City where they found work and purchased a house. In 1965 they gave birth to a son Kenneth Scott Machart. Ken retired after working as a machinist for 17 years with Christensen Diamonds. In 1994 Ken relocated and made Price his home. Survived by: two Sisters Helen Huff, Bemidji, Mn, Marie Christensen Murray, one son, Kenneth Scott Machart, Price, five grandchildren. Ken was a good man with a big heart who cherished his family.
