In late November Debbie Pappas talks with Joe Tryon who holds an eagle that he is about to release in Horse Canyon. Tryon, who has served two tours of duty in Iraq, lauched the year old bird into the sky afterward. Pappas, who heads up Second Chance Wildlife Rehab, says the bird came out its nest in Grand County too early and it took about four months to strengthen the animal up enough for him to be released.
