Cougar found dead along side Highway 6 in Price Canyon

Utah Department of Transportation construction inspector Lee Manzanares checks on a cougar which was found dead alongside Highway 6 earlier this month. It appeared that the female cougar was hit by a vehicle and died near the road overlay project in Price Canyon. The large cougar measured seven feet in length from head to the tip of its tail.
