Carbon High School student government officers started their annual food drive on Nov. 9. It has become a tradition to have a competition with Emery High School for total pounds collected. This year the studentbody collected a total of 8,575 pounds, which includes the 1,530 pounds. from Lighthouse. The final amount collected on Wednesday alone was 2,200 pounds. Along with cash, all donations were given to Carbon County Food Bank.
