Bread and soup nights taking off

The annual College of Eastern Utah bread and soup nights began this week. The nights are set aside so people can buy a good dinner with the proceeds going to the Carbon County Food Bank. The event has been going on for 11 years during which $20,000 has been donated. The event takes place every Monday night through Nov. 23 and runs from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. each of those evenings.
