Editor:

Mayor Joe Piccolo and the city council are to be complimented for repairing and fixing the Newhouse Hotel on Main Street. In the past, the main floor of the building was occcupied by a drugs store at the main entrance on Main Street. The rooms upstairs were always used by renters. The basement was used for parties and dancing. Just south of the drug store on Carbon Aveneue was a Greek cafe. It was always busy and all the Greek men of the city would meet there very regularly to eat and visit.

Main Street will now be completely in A-1 condition. That mayor and city council are doing a good service for Price City citizens.
