Strong winds knock down garage in East Carbon

Strong winds around East Carbon City on Wednesday strained a garage to its limits, causing a collapse on Florence Eckright's car at her home on Columbia Ave. According to her granddaughter, the winds blew out supporting bricks under the structure around 10:45 a.m. They had been planning on heading into Price when they discovered the damage.
