Within 48 hours of the vandalism by unknown persons, the rest room facilities at the top of the Spring Canyon trail look almost new again. As soon as the graffiti was discovered, Carbon County Recreation sprang into action and repainted the building. Below is a photo of the facilities that appeared in the Oct. 20 issue of the Sun Advocate, the day the vandalism was reported. The repainting and repair was costly. The Helper police are still looking for the vandals and urge anyone who might know something about it to call their office at 472-3719.
