Early voting for all city offices ends on Friday and then on Tuesday the big day finally arrives - Election Day.

Up for grabs are a number of offices across the counties' cities, including spots for mayors and council persons.

Also the Price River Water Improvement District will be having an election for one seat on their board. Votes for that seat must be cast at PRWID's offices at 265 South Fairgrounds Road. Only voters from the non-incorporated areas of the county can vote in that election.

For east and west Helper (precinct 7 and 21) polls will be open at Sally Mauro Elementary, 20 2nd Avenue in Helper.

For north and south Wellington (precinct 15 and 19) the polls will be open at the Wellington City Hall, 150 West Main Street.

For the Indian Hills area of Price (precinct 16 and 18) polling will take place at the Price City Public Works building at 432 West 600 South.

For East price (precinct 17) the voters can go to the Carbon County Courthouse at 120 East Main in Price.

In the Castle Heights area of Price ( precincts 30 and 34) voters should go to Castle Heights Elementary, 750 North Homestead Boulevard, to vote.

North and northeast Price residents (precinct 32 and 33) can go to the Carbon School District offices, 251 West 400 North, Price, to cast their ballots.

Central Price citizens (precinct 31) should go to Price City Hall, 185 East Main, to vote.

Voting for all of East Carbon and Sunnyside (precincts 20, 25 and 26) will take place at the Senior Citizens Center at 451 Denver Avenue.

On election day (Nov. 3) the polls at all locations will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

Ballots for the Scofield (precinct 2) elections were mailed out; there will be no live polling place.

Citizens are reminded that they must bring proper identification to the polling place to be able to vote. If they don't have the proper ID they will be required to fill out a provisional ballot which will be verified later.
