EAST CARBON - Susan Visser Crawford, 60 died Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden.
She was born Sept. 22, 1949 in Pocatello, Idaho, a daughter of John J. and Viola Stevenson Visser. She was raised and educated in Ogden, graduating from Weber High School.
She married Hollis Stevenson and they were later divorced. On April 24, 1996, Susan married the love of her life, Robert Allen Crawford in Ogden.
Susan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She loved watching the Jazz. Susan's greatest joys in life were her children, grandchildren and spending time with them.
Surviving are her husband, Bob, of East Carbon; her children, Quinn Stevenson, Trina and Dan Fuhriman, Ryan Stevenson, Heather and Benito Tovar, Cade and Cari Stevenson; her stepdaughter, Kim, Karen and Kelly, 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are her mother, Viola, one sister and one brother, Joan and Nick Hansen and Rick and Lauri Visser, and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny, grandparents, sister, Sharon, nephew, Erick and special niece, Becky.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 12 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 North Washington Blvd., North Ogden.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., Ogden.
