Free rent until success shows up for new business entrepreneurs

The owners of the Wix Plaza Condominiums (WPC) will sponsor promising entrepreneurs with free rent for workspace until they start making money. At that point a fair and agreed upon share of their profits will go to pay for the space they use at WPC.

Owners of the WPC will consider sponsoring coachable, highly motivated entrepreneurs who complete a free six hour school designed to help them write their business plan. The plan will answer the questions of what, where, who, when, why and how. Sponsored entrepreneurts will obtain a Price City business license, but work for WPC until their agency, profession, practice or business has grown to the point they can pay for a full lease.

For more information call Richard Morley at 637-8363.
