PRICE - Casey Morgan Donaldson passed away Aug. 6, 2009 at Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful.
Casey was born April 8, 1957 in Price to Walter M. and Connie L. Donaldson. He was the eighth of 15 children.
He graduated from Carbon High School, where he was the president of the band and the chess champion.
Casey overcame a lifetime of physical disabilities and never complained.
He served a mission for the LDS church in Rochester, N.Y., where he participated in the Hill Cumorah Pageant.
He graduated from the College of Eastern Utah and Weber State College.
Casey was an accomplished musician and an avid learner. He loved to read, write, travel, and engage in lively conversation.
Casey was a selfless man of high integrity and he touched many lives.
He is survived by his mother; brothers and sisters, Connie (Brent) Barker, Walt (Claudia) Donaldson, Mary Dawn (Kent) Shorts, David (Debbie) Donaldson, Barbara (Burke) Torgerson, Gwen Donaldson, Brady (Becky) Donaldson, Debbie Donaldson, Scott Donaldson, Tracy (Paul) Hofer, Joseph (Kristy) Donaldson, Chris (Marsali) Donaldson and Kelly (Kelly) Donaldson; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Joan; and nephew, Darin Shorts.
Funeral services were Monday, Aug.10, at the Price 7th/8th LDS Chapel. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery. Services were in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
