Randy and Connie Burgess announce the marriage of their daughter, Heather Marie Burgess, to Torrey Andrew Harvey, the son of Brian and Angela Harvey.

The couple will be married Aug. 6.

The newlyweds will be honored at a reception that evening from 7 to 10 p.m. at The Castle in Layton.
