Joes Valley nestles among mountains in Emery County

Joes Valley boasts a large reservoir and campground with a fairly warm, dry climate. Boat ramp campsites can no longer be reserved in the valley and the parking lot is currently used for day use and overflow parking when the main campground is full, according to Utah.com.
